  • Assisting OMV regarding Algeria’s 2024 upstream bid round, the first since 2014 and the inaugural round under Hydrocarbon Law 19-13.
  • Advised ENI on its acquisition of a 12% stake in TOUAT BV – part of ENGIE BV’s divestment of its 46% interest in the Algerian Touat upstream gas project, with the remaining 34% sold to PTTEP.
