  • Advised on all legal aspects of the launch of Berachain, a first-of-its-kind blockchain built on a proof-of-liquidity consensus mechanism, which involved considerable regulatory advice.
  • Advised Portofino on one of the first applications to be submitted under the Virtual Assets Service Providers Act 2022, which was one of the very first VASP applications approved by the Commission.
  • Advise Avail, a Polygon-backed modular blockchain platform designed to address key challenges in the blockchain ecosystem, on all aspects of its corporate and commercial lifecycle.
