- Advised a financial institution on tax exemptions under the tourism incentive law, permitting strategies, and operational structuring to rescue and relaunch a tourism real estate project abandoned since 2010, with the goal of enabling the bank to sell the entire project.
- Advised the developer on the $28m financing and development of the Las Mercedes hotel project, the first 5-star hotel of its kind in the Colonial Zone of the Dominican Republic.
