  • Advised the financiers in relation to all aspects of the project financing provided to the winning consortium of Al Jomaih and Total Energies in respect of the 300MW solar power plant to be built and operated at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia being procured as part of the « REPDO Round V » strategic procurement process.
  • Advising the successful bidder on a water transmission pipeline project with a length of approximately 587 kms between Jubail and Buraydah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Advised the consortium of Acciona Agua, Tawzea and Tamasuk (“Sponsors”) on the development of three new wastewater treatment plants (“ISTPs”) of 375,000m3 per day, 150,000m3 per day and 90,000m3 per day in Madinah, Buraydah and Tabuk respectively in Saudi Arabia (“MBT” projects).
