• Represented Viking Alliance, a private port operator specialising in cargo transshipment in the Reni seaport, in an abuse of dominance case before the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine against the state-owned enterprise Reni Sea Commercial Port.
  
• Advised a Ukrainian private defence company in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with KNDS (Krauss-Maffei Wegmann + Nexter Defence Systems), a German-French leader in land defence systems.

• Representing Shell Overseas B.V., a part of a Shell Group (a global group of energy and petrochemical companies with operations in more than 70 countries), in the sale of its stake in Alliance Holding LLC (a joint venture in Ukraine, an operator of a network of gas stations under the Shell trade mark in Ukraine), to Ukrnafta PJSC.
  
• Advised on complex antitrust and regulatory matters, as well as represented the interests of a number of international pharmaceutical companies in connection with significant legislative changes that introduced administrative control over key aspects of commercial relations, including pricing, distributor selection criteria, discount mechanisms, and the permissibility of marketing services.
  
• Supported Zeppelin Group in obtaining merger and concerted practices clearances from the AMCU.

• Advised a consortium led by NJJ Holding (NJJ) and secured obtaining unconditional merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for acquiring Datagroup-Volia and Lifecell.

• Advised Sika AG, a Swiss multinational specialty chemical company in connection with the merger control filing in Ukraine related to acquisition of MBCC Group and Phase II initiated by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
  
• Advised EDF, a French multinational electric utility company owned by the French state, in connection with several remedial merger control filings related to the establishment of a power generation joint venture in Uzbekistan with Nebras Power, Sojitz Corporation and Kyuden International and several cases in Ukraine.

• Advised Yildirim/Borealis, a global industrial conglomerate, on the Ukrainian merger control aspects of its acquisition of an international nitrogen fertilisers business, including securing merger clearance for a foreign-to-foreign transaction and supporting the client in an AMCU investigation and execution of the resulting decision.

• Advised Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (« Luxshare ») and LEONI AG on obtaining merger clearance from the AMCU for the acquisition by Luxshare of sole control over Leoni Kabel GmbH (LEONI AG’s automotive cable solutions division (ACS) and joint control (together with L2-Beteiligungs GmbH, a subsidiary of Mr Stefan Pierer) over LEONI AG (wiring systems division (WSD).
  
• Advised Mitsubishi Corporation and Ayala Corporation on obtaining the AMCU merger clearance for the acquisition by Mitsubishi Corporation of joint control (jointly with Ayala Corporation) over AC Ventures Holding Corp. (Ayala Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary).
