SANDS

SANDS' EU and competition practice acts for an array of public bodies and private sector clients on merger control proceedings, competition law compliance issues, state aid cases, and private enforcement litigations. Lennart Garnes is noted for his work on regulatory and competition-related barriers to market access and state aid compliance. Thomas Sando is engaged by domestic and international companies on merger control, abuse of dominance, and cartel investigations. Garnes and Sando jointly head up the practice.
