Situated within a globally integrated office network, Baker McKenzie's Buenos Aires-based TMT practice advises and represents leading global telecom, media and technology companies in a broad range of TMT-related matters. In the technology sector the practice has expertise in outsourcing arrangements between corporate and IT services, IT procurement and M&A; in the media segment it handles both contentious and non-contentious advertising, and marketing issues; while in the telecom space it provides comprehensive advice on multimedia agreements and licencing activities. The practice leadership team consists of four partners: Mariano Grondona, who has extensive experience across all TMT related matters; Marina Basavilbaso, who advises clients on telecom infrastructure and regulatory matters as related to satellite services; Arnaldo Cisilino, who has strong expertise in advising major corporations on data protection and artificial intelligence; and María Carolina Abdelnabe Vila who brings her antitrust and consumer protection expertise to bear on the TMT sector. Streaming services, telecoms and big data are other busy areas for the team, which handles a mix of transactional, regulatory, privacy and IP matters. The technology, media and telecoms practice at Allende & Brea assists clients with a broad array of matters, such as obtaining telephone operation licences, programming agreements, and internet licences, among many others. Its advisory services range from strategic counsel on the implementation and use of technology to regulatory compliance and high-stakes litigation. Practice head Pablo A Palazzi's practice encompasses AI, IP, privacy & cybersecurity, fintech and TMT. A February 2025 hire from Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum, Mariano Peruzzotti has a similar set of specialisms to Palazzi, while María Morena del Río handles administrative law, project finance and infrastructure, TMT and consumer protection.

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja‘s TMT practice has deep expertise in telecommunications, broadcasting, IP, data protection and emerging technologies, and also advises clients on advertising, legal marketing, personal data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Leadership of the practice rests with three partners: Juan Zocca, has extensive experience in telecommunications, media and broadcasting, and represents major players in each of these indusry segments; Dámaso Pardo Correa, has expertise in privacy and new technologies particularly as regards the digital and internet spheres; and Santiago Balbi handles venture capital in relation to the technology sector. The departure of practice head Mariano Peruzzotti in February 2025, was subsequently followed by the dissolution of the former Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum in August 2025 and the emergence of Ojam IP and Bullrich Flanzbaum, both primarily IP oriented boutiques.
