Paola Narváez Gómez is a specialist in constitutional, contractual and labour law, along with criminal matters; she is also a certified mediator who brings extensive experience in mediation, alternative dispute resolution and safeguarding procedural guarantees. Economic growth fuelled by manufacturing, retail, health services and real estate led Flor Bustamante Pizarro Hurtado Abogados (FBPH) to open a Cuenca office in May 2024, hiring a 10-strong team - including two partners -from Heka Law Firm.
