  • Assisting Respond in relation to the drafting and negotiation of the construction documentation for large residential property developments.
  • Advising the Platform ICAV on behalf of its sub-fund the Liffey Sub-Fund in relation to the development and financing of the Kildare Innovation Campus, involving a €2bn+ estimated capex cost.
