Aligning specialisms in criminal, corporate and regulatory compliance, the seven-member team at Albagli Zaliasnik focuses on crime prevention and strengthening clients’ corporate culture and governance. Prieto Abogados

Following the March 2025 departure of practice head José Andrés Pascual to establish his own boutique, the compliance practice at Prieto Abogados is currently in a process of reorganisation. Associate director of the white-collar crime practice, María Jesús Becerra is currently heading up the team, her experience also extending into assisting with the design, implementation and updating of crime prevention systems. Fernando Bravo provides partner-level back up as regards corporate governance, and the group also has experience conducting training sessions and assisting with internal investigations. Fellow associate and compliance specialist Diego Madariaga recently completed his master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh. Former associate Fernando Rodríguez departed for an in-house role at L’Oréal Chile during 2024.
