The project finance and development practice at Lembeye specialises in renewable energy financing, regulatory compliance and contract negotiations, and frequently advises on prominent Chilean solar and wind power developments. Clients of the firm include developers, sponsors and financial entities; and the practice’s expertise encompasses advising on EPC and O&M contracts, battery storage, hybrid energy and large-scale solar and wind projects.
