Firms To Watch: Projects

CMS Rodríguez-Azuero’s projects team continues to consolidate its position in the market following the hire of department head Carlos Andrés Sánchez and associate practice director Gigliana Rivero Ramirez, who joined in July 2023 from Durán & Osorio Abogados Asociados.
The projects group at Holland & Knight benefits from the firm’s ability to draw on its banking, public law and energy practices to offer broad support to lenders, sponsors, and contractors on project financing and development.
As a boutique focused on corporate, projects and finance law, Mendoza is particularly well positioned to advise on project finance transactions. The team further strengthened its project finance capability in October 2024 with the hire of new counsel María Beatriz Segura, who joined from ACON Investments.
